Qualifications Applicants to the Inspire Our Future Supply Chain Scholarship must:

* Be current college undergraduates (sophomore or junior)
* Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college, university for the entire upcoming academic year at an eligible college or university.
* Be enrolled or plan to enroll or currently enrolled in one of the following programs the upcoming academic year
* Supply Chain Management
* Business Analytics
* Business Administration
* Management Information Systems
* Specific Engineering majors (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, Packaging)
* Engineering Technology
* Communications
* Finance
* Marketing
* Business Administration
* Self-identify as Black or African American
* Have minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.8 on a 4.0 grading scale or equivalent
* Employees, children or grandchildren of employees of Colgate-Palmolive Company are ineligible.
Criteria Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of:

* Academic record
* Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities
* Work experience
* A statement of educational and career goals and objectives
* Unusual personal or family circumstances
* An online recommendation


Financial need, as calculated by Scholarship America, must be demonstrated for the student to receive an award.

Selection of finalists is made by Scholarship America. The Sponsor's selection committee will interview finalists and select recipients.
